Craig O’Toole Personal Training provides tailor-made exercise and nutrition programmes for clients regardless of age, gender or fitness level. During the initial consultation we will sit down with you and listen to your aspirations,  concerns and circumstances and develop you an exercise and nutrition programme that fits in with your life. The initial consultation is FREE so what have you got to lose?

Once we have decided on the best way for you to achieve your goals we will travel to your home, work place or public area (park etc) at a time that is convenient to you. We will bring everything that is needed, all you need is a pair of trainers. Your workout will incorporate the most up to date knowledge and techniques, and will use top of the range training equipment - so you can rest assured that you will get a perfect workout every time.
